One of the biggest advantages to choosing Private Lessons is to receive Individual attention which is extremely critical  for those who are serious about learning the art of boxing. People who are serious about fighting or prefer to train alone often choose these lessons. In private classes, the Coach can focus all their attention on you. This will allow them to see where you are making mistakes and customize the training to work on correcting them. It also means that the Coach can pick up on how you are doing mentally. In a group, this will likely go by unseen. However, in individual classes, they can see when you feel tired or demotivated and help you accordingly!

Learning the sport of boxing has numerous health benefits that are not only good for your heart, but for the body, mind and soul as well. It builds your physical strength and creates endurance, balance, coordination and self control. During a typical work out session you will build your strength and confidence with traditional work out rounds which include punching rounds, into bags, mitts or the air ( shadowboxing). You will work in our group doing jump rope drills and other exercises to keep you moving.
